摘要 目的 ：为制定中青年人血细胞比容参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法 ：收集各地用温氏法测定的健康中青年人血细胞比容参考值，并对其与海拔高度的关系进行研究。结果 ：随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，中青年人血细胞比容参考值也逐渐增大，相关性很显著。用一元回归分析的方法推导出了两个回归方程。结论 ：如果知道中国某地的海拔高度，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的中青年人血细胞比容参考值。

Hematocrit of young adults and relation of altitude

Abstract Objective :To supply a reference for unifying the standard reference value of hematocrit in young adults.Methods :Hematocrit of healthy young adults of different locality was determined with Wintrobe tube.The correlation between the results measured and the altitude of the regions above the sea level were analysed.Results :The hematocrit of the young adults increased with the increase in altitude,the correlation is quite obvious.Method of mathematical regression was used for statistical analysis.Conclusions :If the altitude of locality is known,the standard hematocrit reference value of young adults of that locality can be evaluated from regression equation.
