摘要 开心胶囊Ⅱ号是治疗无症状心肌缺血的验方。按最大灌胃量及最高浓度，进行了NIH小鼠的急性毒理实验；并设10g/kg、6g/kg、0.1g/kg、对照组观察了清洁级SD大鼠为期半年的慢性毒理实验。结果显示，急、慢性毒理实验均未见到开心胶囊Ⅱ号有明显毒理反应。

STUDY ON THE LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM TOXICITY OF HAPPY CAPS-Ⅱ

ABSTRACT Happy Caps-Ⅱis one of the experimental recipes for treating silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).Theshort-term toxicities are studied to NIH rats by the biggest oral administration and thehighest density.The long-term toxicities are studied to clean-degree SD rats in 24 weekswith dividing into four groups (10g/kg,6g/kg,0.1g/kg and control).The results indicatethat Happy Caps-Ⅱ have no apparent toxic reaction.
