摘要 实验观察针灸大白鼠足三里穴后，血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)、胸腺指数、脾重指数、耐氧时间5个衰老指标的变化。结果表明：针刺和艾灸均能提高SOD的含量(P<0.01，P<0.05)，降低LPO的含量(P<0.01，P<0.01)；与抗衰名方“金匮肾气丸”的作用无差异(P>0.05)。针灸和中药都能不同程度地使胸腺指数、脾重指数增加，耐氧时间延长；且针灸和中药两者有一定协同增效作用。

ABSTRACT We carriedon investigation in effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in Zusanli points onSOD,LPO,chest gland index,weight spleen index,Oxygen-resistance time from rats.The resultsindicated that SOD level in blood of rats after acupuncture and moxibustion were muchgreat than before(P<0.01,P<0.05);that LPO were much lower(P<0.01,P<0.01).Inanti-decrepitude respect,there was no differrence in the effect of acupuncture andmoxibustion with “Jinggui Shengqi Pill”.They can make chest-gland index degrees.
