摘要：采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型，观察中药复方止消通脉宁对其肾小球细胞外基质(ECM)成分的影响。结果显示：止消通脉宁能够明显减少糖尿病大鼠肾小球ECM主要成分ColIV、FN 、LN的积聚，具有抑制ECM增生的作用，从而可以延缓糖尿病肾病发生发展的病理进程。

The effects of ZhixiaotongmainingGranules (ZG) on the component s of g lomerular extracellular matrix (ECM) were observedin the rats with diabetes ind uced by streptozotocin. The results showed that ZG couldsignificantly decrease the accumulation of the type IV collagen, fibronectin and laminin,and inhibit E CM proliferation. The results imply that ZG can delay the onset anddevelopment of diabetic nephropathy.
