摘要 目的： 分析心脏大血管手术后二次开胸止血临床情况。方法： 1984年11月～1998年7月，我院行心脏大血管手术1680例，对其中16例因术后出血而二次开胸止血进行临床分析。结果： 14例治愈，2例死亡。结论： 心脏大血管手术后出血是一种严重的并发症，可增加患者的死亡率，应力求防止该并发症的发生。

Abstract Objective： Analysis of rethoractomyfor excessive bleeding after cardiovascular operation.Methods： FromNovember 1984 to July 1998,1 680 patients with cardiovascular diseases underwent openheart surgery in our department.Of them,sixteen patients received rethoractomy for thecontrol of excessive bleeding after operation.Results: Fourteen patientswere cured and two patients died during hospitalization.Conclusion： Excessivebleeding after cardiovascular operations remains a major source of complications and arisk factor of death.Consequently it is very important to prevent from thecomplication.The diagnosis and management of the complication should be made exactly andimmediately, and it can be cured.
