为了查明人体深部热病灶产生时体表温度场的畸变状况及其生理、换热机制,本课题组采用了人体组织换热的数学模型及其参数辨识的反问题新方法,并结合人工病灶的医学实验数据,较圆满地解决了该物理医学难题,为热图诊断提供客观的判据与机理解释。

ABSTRACT
Mathematicalmodel for heat transfer processes in human layered tissues and a new parametricidentification approach-inverse problem method were adopted in order that the distortionof relative skin temperature due to physiological destruction of an organ in the abdominalcavity and its physical-physiological mechanism might be investigated. By utilizing theabove-mentioned method together with the experimental data on temperature variation in anartificial thermo-focus, this difficult physical medicine problem was settled and thusoojective criteria and interpretation were provided for the infrared thermographydiagnosis.
