在对心电信号进行相干平均处理之前,需要对信号进行时间上的对齐和异形波剔除。常用的方法先建立一个模板信号,然后令其它的心电波形与之比较,这种平均预处理过程被称为模板匹配。经典的模板匹配算法存在着对信号波形差异不敏感的问题,这必将影响预处理的效果。本文针对这个问题提出一种改进的算法,并且用实验的方法对改进算法的异形波判别灵敏度和信号对齐精度做了验证,同时与经典算法进行了比较。结果显示改进后的算法可以提高信号判别灵敏度和对齐精度,对在需要进行较严格模板匹配的应用中是一种可行的方法。

AN IMPROVED TEMPLATE MATCHING METHOD FOR
HIGH RESOLUTION ECG

ABSTRACT Temporal alignment and beat rejection are the two major steps to guarantee a reliable result for signal-averaged ECG. The commonly used Maximum Correlation Coefficient (MCC) method has difficulties to recognize the ectopic beats efficiently and is insensitive to the amplitude variation. These drawbacks may jeopardize the accuracy of beat alignment. Here we proposed a template matching method i.e., Maximum Correlation Difference (MCD) method. The simulated signals were used in experiments. The results demonstrated that the MCD method could offer the advantages of improved matching sensitivity and alignment accuracy, and be an easy approach in the case of requiring tightening template matching.
