摘要 目的:探讨bcl-2和P 53在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤分化的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对35例人脑胶质瘤石蜡标本中bcl-2和P 53进行检测。结果:bcl-2和P 53蛋白在胶质瘤中的表达率分别为65.7%和37%。bcl-2阳性表达主要位于分化较好的星形细胞瘤;而P 53蛋白表达主要位于分化差的间变性星形细胞瘤和多形性胶质母细胞瘤。P 53阳性表达与肿瘤恶性度和病理分型均呈正相关。结论:在分化较高的肿瘤中以bcl-2表达为主,而在低分化肿瘤中以P 53表达为主,二者在调节胶质瘤的形成与分化方面可能起重要作用。

Abstract Objective:Toinvestigate bcl-2 and P 53 protein expression in human brain gliomas.Methods:Surgicalspecimens from 35 patients with human brain gliomas underwent a routine fixation,embedmentwith paraffin and immunohistochemical staining with a monoclonal antibody against P 53protein and a polyclonal antibody against bcl-2.Results:Bcl-2 expressionwas positive in 65.7% of gliomas,and a positive P 53 expression in 37% was shown.Mostastrocytoma was positive bcl-2 whereas most anaplastic astrocytoma and glioblastomamultiply was positive P 53.Conclusion:Most tumors of higherdifferentiation were showed positive bcl-2,whereas most tumors of lower differentiationwere in positive P 53,which may play an important role in regulation of tumorsdifferentiation.
