摘要 目的：评价神经导航系统应用于神经外科手术的有效性、精确性和安全性。方法：本单位从1997年10月至1998年5月间，应用导航系统完成55例神经外科手术，并对其应用范围、精确性和安全性等作一分析。结果：在本单位完成的55例导航手术中，胶质瘤占36例，海绵状血管瘤8例，脑膜瘤3例，脑脓肿2例，动静脉畸形2例，局灶性癫痫1例，脑内血肿1例，脑动脉瘤1例，脑转移癌1例。全部患者术后恢复良好，随访至今无明显术后并发症。结论：导航系统应用于神经外科手术中，可以在术前病变定位，头皮切口和手术入路设计，术中快速发现病灶，确定切除范围等多方面发挥重要作用，使手术质量得以提高。
Clinical use of a neuronavigation system: results of 55 cases Zhao Yuanli, Chungcheng Wang, Zhao Jizong et al. Neuroscience Institute of CAMS, Beijing Tiantan Hospital
Abstract Objective:To evaluate the efficacy, accuracy and safety of the neuronavigation system in a variety of intracranial operation. Methods: We used this system in 55 patients undergoing a wide range of neurosurgical procedures from Octomber 1997 to May 1998, to access its clinical usefulness and safety. Results: Of 55 cases, there were 36 gliomas, 8 carvenous hemangioma, 3 meningiomas, 2 AVM's, 1 local seizure and 5 others. All patients survived after operation. In our series, there were no instances of adversive outcomes attributable to the use of this system. Conclusions: On the basis of this clinical series, this neuronavigation system was useful in planning the location and size of the scalp incision, craniotomy, as well as the extent of surgical resection.
