【摘要】 目的 探讨红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架(N-CWS)对膀胱肿瘤的治疗效果及其机理。方法 观察皮下注射N-CWS对小鼠同系移植膀胱癌的抗癌效应和N-CWS对细胞免疫因子的影响。结果 给予N-CWS的小鼠与肿瘤对照组比较肿瘤消退率为41.67%,抑瘤率为96.2%;N-CWS组IL-1、IL-2、IL-6及NK细胞活性和部分T细胞亚群则明显高于肿瘤对照组,但未能达到正常对照组的水平。结论 N-CWS对膀胱癌具有明显的抗癌效应,其机理为通过提高机体的IL-1、IL-2、IL-6水平和NK的活性及部分T细胞亚群,提高机体的抗肿瘤免疫能力。
The inhibitory effects of N-CWS on bladder carcinoma and the immune mechanism in mice

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate theeffect and mechanics of Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton (N-CWS) in the treatment ofbladder carcinoma in mice. Methods After subcutaneous injection of N-CWS, the anti-tumor effects of N-CWS and the influence of N-CWS on IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, Tlymphocyte subgroup and the activity of NK were studied on transplanted bladder carcinoma(BST739 ) in syngeneic T739 mice. Results Thetumor inhibition rate in the mice treated with N-CWS was 96.2%. The levels of IL-1, IL-2,IL-6 and the activity of NK in the mice treated with N-CWS was higher than those in tumorcontrol mice. Conclusion N-CWS, as an immune promoter, had obviousanti-tumor effects on bladder carcinoma. The mechanism may be that the levels of IL-1,IL-2, IL-6, NK activity and part T lymphocyte subgroups, and human anti-tumorimmunological function are increased by N-CWS.
