【摘要】 目的 研究牛磺酸的体内抗肝纤维化作用。方法 用四氯化碳(CCl4 )复制大鼠肝纤维化模型;造模开始或造模6周后给予牛磺酸;实验结束后分别测定肝功能、纤维化指标(透明质酸和层粘连素)、肝羟脯氨酸及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA含量,并作肝病理检查。结果 牛磺酸可显著减轻CCl4 肝纤维化程度,能明显降低肝羟脯氨酸和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA含量,降低血清透明质酸和层粘连素水平,改善肝功能,组织学检查亦显示具有抗肝纤维化作用。结论 牛磺酸在体内具有抗肝纤维化的作用,可望用于肝纤维化的防治。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-liver fibrotic effects of taurine. Methods Rat liver fibrosis model was induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4 ). The hepatic levels of hydroxyproline and procollagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ mRNA, as well as liver function tests, serum hyaluronic acid and laminin were analysed. Histological examination was also done.Results Taurine ameliorated CCl4 -induced liver fibrosis significantly. The liver hydroxyproline contents and expression of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ procollagen mRNA were reduced, serum hyaluronic acid and laminin decreased and liver function improved. The histological examination also demonstrated its anti-fibrotic effect.Conclusion Taurine has anti-fibrotic effect on liver in vivo, and may have potential value for clinical use.
