【摘要】目的通过：(1)幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的流行病学调查；(2)Hp感染与胃癌前病变的关系；(3)Hp在胃窦癌中的检出率三个方面来评价Hp感染与胃癌的相关性。方法分别为：(1)随机对南化公司2841名健康工人的血清作Hp抗体测定；(2)将胃镜检查的648例作Hp检测和病理组织学检查；(3)对50例胃窦腺癌病理组织学切片鉴定其Hp检出率。结果化工人群Hp感染率61.04%，显著高于本省对照人群(32.84%)；Hp感染与胃癌发病呈平行关系，Hp感染者的胃癌前病变发生率明显高于无Hp感染者;50例胃窦腺癌癌灶中Hp检出率为58%。结论Hp感染是本化工人群胃癌高发病率的重要原因。

Study on relationship between helicobactor pylori infection and gastric cancer in employees of chemical factory

【 Abstract 】 Objective Assessment was made of : (1) epidemiology of helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection; (2) the relation of Hp infection to gastric precancerous disorders; (3) Hp detection rate in gastric antral cancer. Methods Respectively (1) serum for Hp antibody was tested at random in 2841 members of staff in the Nanjing chemical industry group company during annual health check - up; (2) helicobacter pylori was assayed with rapid urease test and histopathology in 648 patients undergoing gastroscopy; (3) the pathology of resected specimen was reviewed to detect Hp in 50 cases with gastric antral carcinoma. Results The rate of Hp infection in the enterprise rose to 61.04 percent, significantly higher than that in local population (32.84 % ). The incidence of precancerous lesion in patients with Hp elevated evidently. In 58 percent of gastric antral adenocarcinoma Hp could be found. Conclusion Hp infection is assumed as an essential factor in gastric cancer in employees of chemical factory.
