【摘要】目的探讨Mirizzi综合征的诊断和应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗Ⅰ型Mirizzi综合征。方法对35例Ⅰ型Mirizzi综合征病例，在诊断和LC的方法进行回顾性分析。结果该综合征Ⅰ型在术前确诊26例(7429%)，其中临床症状结合B超诊断11例(4231%)，临床症状、B超再结合CT及ERCP诊断15例(5769%)；术中确诊9例(2571%)。35例LC中转开腹胆囊切除术4例，延期剖腹手术2例，LC成功29例。结论Ⅰ型Mirizzi综合征术前确诊率高于其它型，该型采用LC治疗是可行的。

【 Abstract 】 Objective Personal experience in establishing the diagnosis of type 1 disorder and treating with celioscopy is reported herein. Methods The relative items of 35 patients with the syndrome were respectively reviewed. Results Type 1 syndrome was considered preoperatively in 26 cases (74.29 % ), of which 11 (42.31 % ) were ascertained by symptoms and BUS, 15 (57.69 % ) diagnosed in association with CT and ERCP; the rest , 9 (25.71 % ), confirmed intraoperatively. 4 failures using laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) received open surgery. Conclusion The majority of type 1 of this syndrome can be diagnosed beforehand and is indicated to LC.
