静止期溃疡性结肠炎肠粘膜过量一氧化氮的产生及其意义

摘要 应用NADPH-黄递酶组织化学染色方法和巨噬细胞免疫组织化学ABC法,对17例静止期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者肠粘膜进行一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性测定。结果显示:静止期UC患者肠粘膜NOS阳性颗粒数(17.63±0.31个/高倍视野)及巨噬细胞数(35.85±1.02个/高倍视野)均显著高于健康对照组(分别为P<0.05和P<0.001)表明:静止期UC患者肠粘膜中的NOS活性增高,NO产生量增加,巨噬细胞可能是产生过量NO的主要来源,NO的过量存在有可能是UC复发的原因之一。

    Abstract Endoscopic specimens from colonic mucosa were tested for nitric oxide synthase(NOS) activity by using nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH)-diaphorase histochemistry, pathology and macrophage immunochemistry, 17 patients with quiescent ulcerative colitis (UC) and 15 healthy controls being involved.Results showed that the number of NOS positive particle (17.63±0.31/HP) and of macrophage count (38.85±1.02/HP) in colonic mucosa with quiescent UC inereased statistically than those in controls (P<0.05 and P<0.001 respectively).It was suggested that high NOS activity and excessive production of nitric oxide existed in the mucosa,the latter may be derived from macrophages and one of the causative factors of UC relapse.
