【摘要】 目的 观察诺雷德的疗效和安全性。 方法 31例前列腺癌患者皮下注射诺雷德3个月，每月1次。 结果 诺雷德能减轻患者临床症状及局部体征，使前列腺体积和肿瘤体积缩小，血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)和血睾酮分别从用药前平均42.0±34.7ng/ml和570.8±206.5μg/L，下降至3个月末的6.1±10.6μg/L和17.6±8.0ng/dl，治疗后血睾酮低于去势水平。同时副作用少。 结论 诺雷德治疗晚期前列腺癌安全有效，能够代替睾丸切除术。

Medical castration withZoladex in the management of prostate cancer

【 Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacyand tolerability of medical castration with the use of Zoladex in the treatment ofprostate cancer. Methods A subcutaneous depot injection of 3.6mg Zoladex was instituted every month for 31prostate cancer patients. Results The subjective symptoms,objective signs,volume of both theprostate and the neogrowth were reduced.Serum PSA decreased from an average of 42.0±34.7ng/mlto an average of 6.1±10.6ng/ml and serum testosterone from 570.8±206.5 to 17.6±8.0μ g/L after 3 months.Side effectswere few and mild and needed no withdrawal of the medicine. Conclusions Medical castration with the use of Zoladex is effectiveand well tolerated for the management of prostate cancer.
