【摘要】 目的 探讨自体瘤苗治疗肾癌的临床应用价值。 方法 对32例肾癌术后患者应用自体瘤苗，并与相应的对照组19例进行比较，检测治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群CD₃ 、CD₄ 、CD₈ 、CD₄ /CD₈ 比值变化及NK细胞的活性。 结果 瘤苗组治疗后CD₃ 、CD₄ 、CD₄ /CD₈ 较治疗前显著增加(P<0.01)，对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。近期随诊也表明瘤苗组效果明显优于对照组。 结论 此疗法可以恢复肾癌患者受损的细胞免疫功能，提高肾癌病人的治疗效果。

Autologous tumor cellvaccine as an adjuvant treatment of renal cancer

【Abstract】 Objective To inquire into the value of autologous tumor cell vaccinetherapy for renal cancers. Methods 32 patients after radical nephrectomy were treated with autologoustumor cell vaccine.Another 19 patients just operated served as control group.TheT-lymphocyte subsets CD₃ ,CD₄ ,CD₈ ,the ratio of CD₄ /CD₈ and the activity of NK cell were tested before and after operation. Results They were significantly different before and aftertreatment with autologous tumor cell vaccine (P< 0.01). Conclusions Autologous tumor cell vaccine therapy can restore cellularimmunity so as to enhance the treatment efficacy.
