【摘要】 目的 探讨上皮细胞粘附因子E-cadherin在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与前列腺癌预后的关系。 方法 采用免疫组织化学染色法检测42例前列腺癌标本E-cadherin的表达。 结果 40.5%表达阳性，42.8%表达不同程度下降，16.7%表达阴性。肿瘤恶性程度越高，其表达异常所占比率越高。确诊时即已发现肿瘤转移和随访中相继出现转移的患者E-cadherin表达下降比率均高于全组，分别为83.3%和77.7%。 结论 E-cadherin在前列腺癌组织中表达异常的比率随着肿瘤分级的升高而增加，E-cadherin的表达状况对前列腺癌的预后有一定参考价值。
