【摘要 】 目的 更好的解决膀胱癌患者膀胱全切术后贮尿和排尿问题。 方法 采用改良 Maryland回肠代膀胱术治疗膀胱癌患者 18例。 结果 改良术式新膀胱功能满意，排空良好，并发症少。 结论 改良 Maryland回肠代膀胱术式是一种较为理想的肠代膀胱术。

【 Abstract 】 Objective To modify and improve the technique of Maryland ileocystoplasty. Methods 18 vesical cancer patients were treated with the modified ileocystoplasty. Results The low-tension ileocystoplasty has less complications. The function of the new urinary bladder is satisfactory and evacuation is better. Conclusions The low-tension modified Maryland ileocystoplasty is a better procedure for the construction of an urine reservoir after total cystectomy.
