摘要 应用免疫组化法研究40例膀胱移行细胞癌及6例正常膀胱粘膜标本多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)、P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的表达。结果:40例膀胱肿瘤中MRP、P-gp的阳性率分别为52.5%、57.5%,其中G1 、G2 、G3 肿瘤阳性率分别为46.3%、38.5%;52.9%、39.8%;60.0%、80.0%。24例初发肿瘤标本阳性率为37.5%、41.7%,16例化疗后复发肿瘤标本阳性率为75.0%、81.3%。结果提示MRP、P-gp表达量随肿瘤级别增高呈表达增强的趋势,复发病人的阳性率显著增高(P<0.05)。这两种蛋白的表达可能是膀胱腔内化疗失败的重要原因。

Abstract Protein product of multidrug-associated protein(MRP) and P-glycoprotein(P-gp) were detected by immunohistochemical method in 40 specimens oftransition cell bladder carcinoma and in 6 normal bladder mucosa as control. MRP waspositive in 21(52.5%) and P-gp being positive in 23 of 40(57.5%). In the control group,MRP was positive in 2 and P-gp positive in 1. The MRP and P-gp positive rates in grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ tumors were 46.3%、38.5%,52.9%、39.8% and 60.0%、80.0%. TheMRP and P-gp positive rate in primary tumor specimens were 37.5% and 41.7%, and inrecurrent specimens treated by chemotherapy were 75.0% and 81.3%. The results suggestedthe MRP and P-gp positive rates were higher in high grade tumors and significantly higherin recurrent patients. It is probable that MRP or P-gp is one of the important factorsthat leads to chemotherapy failure.
