【摘要 】 目的 提高防治膀胱肿瘤复发和转移的效果。 方法 通过 MTT法观察蝮蛇抗栓酶与肝素在体外抑制膀胱肿瘤 BIU-87细胞系对血小板粘附的影响。 结果 蝮蛇抗栓酶组抑制膀胱肿瘤 BIU-87细胞粘附血小板作用优于混合组 (蝮蛇抗栓酶 +肝素 ),混合组抑制作用优于肝素组。蝮蛇抗栓酶组、混合组和肝素组抑制作用明显优于空白对照组 (t检验 P<0.01,P<0.05)。 结论 蝮蛇抗栓酶与肝素临床综合用药对于防止膀胱癌细胞转移与复发具有重要意义。

【 Abstract 】 Objective To elucidate the mechanism of theretarding effect of ahylysantinfaretase on the bladder cancer cells. Methods The human bladder transitional cell line BIU-87 was usedin the study.The adhesion of the cancer cells to platelets was observed and studied bymeans of MTT colorimetry. Results The retarding effect on the adhesion of cancer cells to plateletswas the strongest with ahylysantinfaretase even stronger than the combined use ofahylysantinfaretase and heparin while the combined use of the two being better thanheparin alone.(P< 0.01,P< 0.05). Conclusions Ahylysantinfaretase might be effective for the preventionof recurrence and metastasis of bladder carcinoma.
