【摘要 】 目的 观察钙通道阻滞剂治疗不稳定膀胱的疗效。 方法 采用单盲自身交叉对照的方法以每日两次80mg异搏停直肠栓治疗良性前列腺增生术后不稳定膀胱患者19例。 结果 临床症状评分显示有效率为68%，膀胱初尿感容量及膀胱最大容量与对照组比均有所增加(P <0.05)。 结论 异搏停栓治疗不稳定膀胱有一定疗效。

【Abstract 】 Objective Toinvestigate the clinical effects of verapamil suppository in the treatment of instablebladder. Methods 19 instable bladder patients who had underwentsurgical operations for BPH were included in this investigation.A single blind,cross selfcontrolled trial was made. Results The calcium channelblocker,verapamil,given via rectum significantly alleviates the paitents'sufferings(symptomatic scores decreased from 4.37±1.71 to 2.32±11.1,P <0.01)with an increased bladder capacity. Conclusions Intrarectal use ofverapamil might be a means of treatment for instable bladder.
