【摘要 】 目的 观察肾脏裂伤后大网膜包肾修补方法的疗效。 方法 在动物实验的基础上，采用带蒂大网膜片包裹肾脏方法，治疗多发性深层肾实质裂伤病人 14例。 结果 术后随访 2年，患者血压、静脉血肾素活性值均在正常范围之内； IVU 排泄功能良好，形态正常。 结论 带蒂大网膜片包肾是修复肾脏裂伤的好方法。

【 Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of wrapping a laceratedkidney with pedicled omental graft. Methods The procedure has been carried out on experimental animals firstand then on 14 patients with a lacerated kidney. Results Success has been achieved in all and the patients havebeen followed up for 2 years.The blood pressure,renin activity and IVU were normal. Conclusions Wrapping a lacerated kidney withpedicled omental graft is feasible and yields good result.
