摘要 为评价彩色多普勒超声(CD)对阴囊急症的应用价值，采用Acuson-128 XP/10型电脑声像仪对53例阴囊急症进行检查。53例阴囊急症中41例经非手术治疗及超声随访证实诊断，12例经手术及病理确诊，CD诊断符合率96.2%(51/53)。结果表明，CD能够区别睾丸扭转或急性炎症以及睾丸肿瘤或局灶性炎症，并可评价阴囊外伤的程度及预后。认为CD可成为诊断阴囊急症的首选方法。

    Abstract Color Doppler sonography was undertaken for 53 cases of acute scrotal diseases. 12 patients underwent open surgery and 41 on medical treatment. The coincidence rate of sonographic diagnosis was 96.2%(51/53).Color Doppler has been capable of differentiating testicular torsion from acute inflammation, differntiating testicular tumor from focal orchitis and helped assessing the prognosis of scrotal trauma. Color Doppler sonography was recommended for the clinical diagnosis of acute scrotal diseases.
