摘要 报告16例外伤性后尿道狭窄或闭锁并尿道直肠瘘的治疗，其中7例经会阴行瘘管切除，尿道端端吻合术；9例经腹会阴联合切口切除瘘管，行尿道直针吻合。13例治愈，2例好转，总有效率达93.7%。认为开放性手术仍然是治疗该病的最佳方法。

    Abstract 16 cases of posterior urethral stricture complicated by urethro-rectal fistula were treated surgically. Resection of the fistula with end to end anastomosis of the urethra was performed for 7 while the urethra was directly anastomosed to the bladder neck in the other 9.13 of the patients have been cured with another 2 improved, the effective rate being 93.7%. The diagnosis, treatment and preoperative preparation were discussed and surgical repair for such a condition was claimed to be the treatment of choice.
