摘要从1980年以来采用窥镜尿道内切开及瘢痕切除治疗各型尿道狭窄280例。216例恢复尿道连续性，56例需再次腔内技术处理，8例完全失败。就手术方法，指征选择，狭窄预防等进行了讨论。

    Abstract Endourethral manipulation was carried out since 1986 for 280 casesof urethral stricture. 216 cases were cured of the disease instantly while 56 neededretreatment and failure occurred in 8. Indications for endourethral procedures and theprevention of re-stricture were discussed.
