摘要 为了探讨高能冲击波(HESW)对肾上腺内分泌功能有无影响,对25只家兔及50例肾结石患者进行肾上腺形态学,内分泌功能及组织学观察。结果表明:HESW致伤前后实验组及临床观察组血浆皮质醇、肾上腺素含量无显著性变化(P>0.05),而醛固酮含量随着冲击能量增加而明显升高(P<0.05),两者呈正相关。冲击后光镜及电镜观察肾上腺组织学未见异常。认为HESE对人体肾上腺内分泌功能无直接影响。

    The effect of HESW on adrenals Li Qiansheng, Fang Yuhua, Jin Fengshuo, et al. Department of Urology, Daping Hospital, the Third Military Medical University, Chongqing 630042

    Abstract The morphology and endocrine function of the adrenal gland were studied both before and after HESW in 25 experimental rabbits and in 50 renal stone patients. There has been no change in serum cortisol and epinephrine after HESW but serum aldosterone was significantly elevated(P<0.05).The increase of aldosterone was positively related to the energy of the shock wave used. No morphological changes have been observed on light and electronic microscopy. The conclusion was drawn that HESW does not induce any adverse effect on adrenals.
