摘要 为了解高危环境人群的HIV感染状况，于1992～1995年对卖淫妇女(55人)、归国劳务人员(159人)、职业献血员(88人)、性病(STD)患者(88人)、HIV感染者的配偶(3人)和子女(3人)共计396人进行了抗-HIV检测和流行病学调查。抗-HIV采用Western blot法，阳性结果送山东省艾滋病检测中心复核确诊。4年共发现6名HIV感染者，其中男、女献血员各1名，归国劳务人员4名(均为男性)，其他人群未检出抗-HIV阳性者。
