脊髓减压术后神经功能恢复机理的实验研究

【摘要】目的 脊髓减压术是治疗急慢性脊髓压迫症的常用方法,但治疗机理尚不十分明了。我们通过免疫组化的方法以探讨脊髓前角神经元中胆碱乙酰化酶在神经功能恢复中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化方法对大鼠脊髓压迫模型及减压后的脊髓前角细胞中乙酰胆碱转化酶(ChAT)的表达进行了经时变化的比较研究。结果 脊髓压迫可使脊髓前角神经细胞中的ChAT的表达受抑制。在这些ChAT表达受抑的细胞中部分可恢复其ChAT的表达。根据细胞恢复ChAT表达时的脊髓受压状态,这些细胞可分为无条件可恢复细胞和条件可恢复细胞。受压脊髓神经细胞中ChAT再表达与脊髓神经功能恢复密切相关。结论 脊髓减压术是通过拯救脊髓内的条件可恢复细胞而起作用的。

    Study on the Mechanisms of the Neuronal Functional Recovery After Spinal Cord Decompression

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of cholineacetyl transferase(ChAT) in the ventral horn of spinal cord on the neuro- function recovery. Methods A comparison study was performed with immunocytochemical method to study the changes in ChAT expression in the ventral horn of spinal cord between the spinal cord compression and post- decompression models in rats.Results Spinal cord compression could inhibit the ChAT expression in ventral horn of spinal cord, and some of the neuronal cells could re- express ChAT activity in neuronal soma.According to the condition of compression in spinal cord, these neuronal cells could be divided into conditional reversible neurons and non- conditional reversible neurons. Furthermore, the re expression of ChAT activity in neuronal cells was closely related to the neuronal functional recovery. Conclusion Spinal cord decompression is able to rescue the conditional reversible neurons from the resting state.
