【摘要】 目的 探讨抗凋亡基因bcl-2与子宫内膜癌的关系。方法 应用免疫组化链霉菌-抗生物素过氧化物酶染色法,检测15例子宫内膜非典型增生及50例子宫内膜腺癌的石蜡包埋标本中bcl-2基因的表达。结果 子宫内膜非典型增生组织中,bcl-2蛋白高表达,子宫内膜腺癌中bcl-2低表达(P<0.05)。在子宫内膜腺癌中,随着临床分期的升高、组织病理分级的降低及肌层浸润的加深,bcl-2表达阳性率逐渐下降(P<0.05)。结论 bcl-2可能与子宫内膜组织的异常增殖有关,并主要在早期起作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between bcl-2 gene andendometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. A monoclonal antibody to the bcl-2 geneproduct was used, the signal was detected using a streptavidin-biotin complex with aminoethylcarbazole. There were 15 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 50 casesof endometrial carcinoma examined. Results Bcl-2 expression was high in endometrialatypical hyperplasia, whereas bcl-2 expression was low in endometrial carcinoma. Inendometrial carcinoma, with progression of clinical stage, decreased histologic grade anddeepening of cancer invasion, the positive rate of bcl-2 expression was correspondinglydecreased. Conclusion Bcl-2 plays a role in the genesis of endometrial carcinomaespecially at the initial stage.
