【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺癌中端粒酶活性的意义及其与腋窝淋巴结状态的关系。方法 用建立在多聚酶链反应(PCR)基础上的端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP),对88例乳腺癌和16例乳腺良性疾病进行端粒酶活性检测。结果 88例乳腺癌中,75例(85.2%)检测到端粒酶活性(其中3例导管内癌端粒酶均为阳性),而在16例乳腺良性疾病中仅2例(12.5%)端粒酶阳性,两组的差异有显著性(P<0.001)。此外,端粒酶活性在淋巴结阳性的乳腺癌(93.2%)中显著高于淋巴结阴性者(77.3%,P<0.05)。结论 端粒酶活化在乳腺癌的发生过程中起重要作用,且有可能成为乳腺癌发生的早期指标。

【Abstract】 Objective Toinvestigate the significance of telomerase activity in breast carcinoma with respect toaxillary lymph node status. Methods Telomerase activity was analyzed in88 breast carcinomas specimens and 16 benign breast lesions, using PCR-based telomericrepeat amplification protocol (TRAP) assay.Results Telomerase activitywas detected in 75 (85.2%) of 88 breast carcinomas (including three breast carcinomas insitu which were all positive for telomerase activity), whereas in benign breast lesionsanalyzed only 2 (12.5%) of 16 cases were positive (P<0.001). Besides, telomeraseactivity was significantly higher in node-positive breast carcinomas (93.2%) than innode-negative ones (77.3%, P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggestthat telomerase activation plays an important role during breast carcinoma progression. Itmay serve as an early marker of breast carcinoma.
