【摘要】 目的 观察乌苯美司体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。 方法 采用重庆麻鸭乙型肝炎动物模型,用乌苯美司治疗1月,检测用药前后血清中的DHBV DNA及血清ALT、肝组织中的DHBV DNA等。 结果 乌苯美司用药1月能使血清DHBV DNA总体水平显著降低;治疗期间同一时相内,能使血清ALT明显降低;Southern Blot检测肝组织内DHBV DNA,其结果提示该药能抑制病毒在肝内的复制。 结论 乌苯美司在体内有抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的作用。
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF ANTI-DUCK HEPATITIS B VIRUS BESTAIN(UBENIMEX)

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Bestain (Ubenimex) on anti-duck hepatitis virus (DHBV) in vivo and provide an experimental basis for clinical treatment of patients with hepatitis B. Methods The Chongqing duck hepatitis B virus model was treated with Bestain once a day for a month. DHBV DNA in serum was detected four times from the beginning to the end of the treatment, ALT and AST in serum and DHBV DNA in liver were detected simultaneously. Results Bestain could significantly lower the serum DHBV level. ALT and AST in serum were reduced during the treatment. Examination of DHBV DNA in liver with Southern Blot indicated Bestain could inhibit DHBV DNA replication. Conclusion Bestain has anti-DHBV effect in vivo.
