【摘要】 目的 探讨检测外周静脉血液中游离肿瘤细胞表达的CD_44v mRNA对原发性肝癌的辅助诊断以及预测、监测术后复发的意义。方法 应用套式PCR方法检测原发性肝癌患者外周静脉血液中CD_44v mRNA的表达，并结合病理检查及随访结果探讨其意义。结果 15例原发性肝癌患者外周静脉血液中检出了CD_44v mRNA 10例(66.67%,10/15)。随访回报13例，CD_44v mRNA阳性9例，阴性4例，前者侵袭转移相关的病理指标高于后者(P<0.005)，复发率亦与此一致。结论 检测外周静脉血液中CD_44v 的表达能够作为原发性肝癌患者的鉴别诊断及预测、监测其复发的辅助手段。

    

THE CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCEOF DETECTING THE CD_44v mRNA IN THE CIRCULATORY BLOOD OF THE PATIENTS WITHPRIMARY HEPATIC CARCINOMA BY POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance ofdetecting the expression of CD_44v mRNA in blood of patients with primaryhepatic carcinoma(PHC). Methods The expression of CD_44v mRNAin blood was detected with RT and diploid PCR and the clinical significance according tothe results of pathological examination and follow-up was discussed. Results Expression of CD_44v mRNA was detected in blood of 10/15 patients (positiverate: 66.67%). In 13 patients who responded to the follow-up, the expression of CD_44v mRNA was positive in 9 cases and was negative in 4 cases. Recurrent rate of the patientswith positive expression of CD_44v mRNA was higher than in those with negativeexpression of CD_44v mRNA, and the clinical pathological indexes related tometastasis were also higher in the former than in the latter. Conclusion The method that detects the CD_44v mRNA in blood of the patients with PHC can bean adjuvant to diagnose, prognose and oversee the recurrence of PHC.
