【摘要 】目的将松质骨移植到骨缺损处，再将带血管蒂骨膜、骨瓣移植和血管束植入，以探讨不同方法对骨缺损修复过程的影响。方法制作兔桡骨骨缺损模型,移植松质骨后，分别用带血管蒂的骨膜、骨瓣移植和血管束植入。单纯松质骨移植作为对照。术后4、8、16周进行大体标本、X线、光镜及电镜观察。结果骨膜移植组血运建立快，成骨面积大，骨缺损修复快，质量最好。骨瓣移植组是通过带血管蒂的骨瓣移植增加了血液供应，成骨较快且好；但由于成骨面积有限，骨皮质使骨膜生发层细胞增殖受到影响，故成骨速度和质量不如骨膜组。血管束植入组植入的血管能使骨柴重建血运，有一定成骨能力，优于单纯松质骨移植组，但质量和速度均不如骨膜组和骨瓣组。结论带血管蒂骨膜、骨瓣移植及血管束植入均有一定的成骨作用，但以带血管蒂骨膜移植效果最好。

    An Experimental Study of Repairing Bone Defect by the Different Methods of Vascularized Periosteum， Bone Flap With Vascular Pedicle

    and Vascular Bundle Implantation

【Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the different changes of the course of the bone repairing by comparing the different methods of vascularized, periosteum, bone flap with vascular pedicle and vascular bundle implantation after the cancellous bone grafting in the bone defects.Methods Periosteum, bone flap with vascular pedicle and vascular bundle were implanted into the cancellous bone which was transplanted to the artificial radius defect of the rabbits.The three groups were compared with the group of simple cancellous bone grafting.We observed the gross specimen and made the optical and electron microscopy 4,8,16 weeks postoperatively. Results The blood circulation set up fast and the area of osteogenesis is the largest in the group of periosteum implantation. Its repair is also the fast and of the best quality.The bone flap with vascular pedicle can increase the blood supply. The osteogenesis is fast and good in the group of bone flap. But its speed and quality is not as fast as the group implanted with the periosteum.The implanted vascular bundle can reconstruct blood circulation so it has the ability of osteogenesis which is better than the group of simple cancellous bone grafting.But its speed and quality is not as good as the group of periosteum and bone flap. Conclusion The methods of periosteum,bone flap with vascular pedicle and vascular bundle implantation all have some role in osteogenesis, but the periosteum with vascular pedicle implantation is the best.
