【摘要】 目的 探讨端粒酶活化在原发性肝癌发生发展中的作用。方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增技术(TRAP),对42例手术切除的原发性肝细胞癌及癌旁组织的端粒酶活性进行检测。结果 42例肝癌组织有34例检出端粒酶活性,阳性率为81.0%。42例癌旁组织有12例检出端粒酶活性,阳性率为28.6%。端粒酶活性与肿瘤大小、组织学分级及肿瘤转移无显著相关。结论 原发性肝癌组织端粒酶活性的检测对阐明原发性肝癌的发病机理,癌变危险性的预测可能有重要意义。
TELOMERASE ACTIVITY INPRIMARY HEPATIC CARCINOMA AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

【Abstract】 Ojective To evaluate the role of telomerase activity inthe development and progression of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC). Methods The telomerase activity was examined in 42 frozen tumors and correspondingjuxtacarcinomatous samples obtained from patients who underwent surgical resection for PHC, using telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP). Results It wasfound that telomerase activity was positive in 34 of 42 (81.0%) PHC tissues regardless oftumor size, histological grade and metastasis. Telomerase was expressed in 12 of 42(28.6%) juxtacarcinomatous tissues. Conclusion The results indicate thatthe expression of telomerase may play a crucial role in hepatocarcinogenesis and detectionof telomerase activity may be helpful in predicting malignant change of PHC.
