【摘要 】目的研究经皮小切口截骨小腿延长术手术方法，简化手术，减轻手术创伤及术后肢体反应，缩短延长区骨愈合时间。方法将传统的大切口充分显露骨干截骨改为经皮肤小切口截骨而不显露骨干；将骨刀截骨，截骨后穿针固定改为先穿针固定后用线锯截骨；将近端一组针固定改为两组针固定；将术后5～7天延长改为术后2周延迟延长。结果33个肢体均达到预定延长长度，延长4～10cm，平均6.6cm；延长区骨愈合时间3～8个月，平均5.6个月；每延长1cm骨愈合时间为20～32天，平均23天。结论手术切口小，创伤小，骨膜剥离少，解剖对位好，对局部血供保护较好，明显缩短了延长区骨愈合的时间。

【Abstract 】Objective To describle thetechnique of percutaneous osteotomy via minimal skin inci-sion for leg lengthening.MethodsPercutaneous osteotomy via minimal skin incision was performed to substitute theconventional open transverse osteotomy in 33 limbs.Results In all of the 33 limbs,thelengthening obtained was 4 to 10 cm(mean 6.6 cm).The time for bone healing was 3 to 8months(mean 5.6 months).The healing index was 20 to 32 days(mean 23 days).Conclusion Theminimal skin incision and small area of periosteum detachment caused mild trauma andpreserved the local blood supply.As a result,the duration of bone healing was shortened.
