摘要 作者利用视频卡，将关节镜电视信号转变成数字信号，通过计算机实现对关节镜彩色静止图像和动态画面的采集，并以计算机文件的方式长期记录和储存。计算机图像分辨率高，色彩真实，容易复制，具有病历查询、彩照打印、数据库管理、通讯会诊等用途。计算机多媒体技术的应用为关节镜资料的记录和保存提供一个迅捷、准确、可行的方法。本技术能够弥补传统窥镜照相等技术的不足，亦可推广应用于其它内窥镜电视中。

    Abstract The arthroscopic TV signal was turned into digital video signalthrough a video card and collected and stored by the computer. The computer digital imagehas the characteristics of high resolution, true color, and easily to be copyed. It can beused for inquiring, color photograph printing, database managing and communicationconsultation. The multimedia technique provided a quick, accurate and practical method forarthroscopic image recording and storage, which overcame the shortcomings of theconventional photography and also could be appliedin other endoscopy TV system.
