【摘要】 目的 在有免疫力的动物兔体内探索组织工程化软骨对软骨缺损的修复能力。方法 软骨细胞种于经不同物质修饰的聚羟基乙酸支架体外培养后修复兔耳廓软骨缺损,与对照组比较,并从大体及组织学进行评价。结果 软骨细胞种于经不同物质修饰的聚羟基乙酸支架体外培养后回植到兔耳廓软骨缺损部位,软骨缺损得到修复,但与正常软骨交界处为纤维组织。注射软骨细胞悬液、以聚羟基乙酸支架修复及空白对照组软骨缺损均未修复。结论 软骨细胞种于经不同物质修饰的聚羟基乙酸支架体外培养后在有免疫力的动物兔体内可修复耳廓软骨缺损,但存在着界面愈合问题。
Repair of rabbit auriculardefects using chondrocyte-scaffolding constructs

【 Abstract 】 Objective Toevaluate if the tissue-engineered cartilage can repair the auricular defects in rabbitsthat have inherent immunity.Methods Rabbit auricular defects wererepaired using chondrocyte-PGA constructs cultured in vitro. The gross and histologicalcomparisons were made between the experimental and the control groups. Results The rabbit auricular defects were repaired with chondrocyte-PGA constructs, leavingfibroid tissue in the interface between the tissue-engineered cartilage and the normalcartilage.Conclusion The auricular defects can be repaired bychondrocyte-PGA in vitro cultured constructs in animals like rabbits that have acquiredimmunity. The interface healing problems need further study.
