【摘要 】 目的 总结断指再植经验，推动再植外科发展。 方法 从1975年7月～1998年4月进行断指再植4 140例5 328指，对各类型的断指再植进行探讨。 结果 断指再植总成活率92%。 结论 严格断指再植适应证；彻底的清创；精确无误的吻合血管；认真细致地修复各种组织；果断的处理血管危象；早期功能锻炼等，是提高断指再植成活率及功能康复的重要因素。
