【摘要】 目的 为方型脸的改观提供一种改良术式。方法 采用截除肥大下颌角和部分肥厚咬肌以及摘除颊脂垫的综合改型术式。结果 临床应用10例，随访4～28个月，均取得良好疗效。结论 本术式可行。

    【Abstract】 Objective This work was to provide an advanced operationmethod for square face correction.Methods The method is characterized byresecting hyperostosis of the mandibular angle,the bulky masseter and the buccal fat padthrough intraoral or combined extra-intraoral approach.Results Goodresults were obtained in 10 cases after follow-up of 4 to 28 months.Conclusion Thisoperative method proved to be quite ideal and applicable to treat square face.
