摘要 目的： 介绍Ilizarov外固定技术治疗儿童严重骨缺损不连的临床经验。方法：9例患儿接受治疗， 8例既往曾植骨内固定失败。其中8例采用Ilizarov技术，1例采用Ilizarov与自体腓骨游离移植复合技术。结果： 9例均获治愈，骨缺损得到补充， 除1例外伴发肢体短缩得到矫正。结论： 应用Ilizarov技术可在补充骨缺损的同时矫正肢体不等长，并适用于软组织条件差的肢体。假关节可以旷置或切除， 有3种加压方法可供选择。

    Treatment for Massive Bone Defect and Non-union by IlizarovTechnique in Children Zhang Jianli, Wang Chengwu, Fan Yuan, Dept. of Pediatric Orthopaedics, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, 100035

    Abstract Objective: To present the clinical experiences oftreatment for massive bone defect and non-union by Ilizarov technique in children.Methods: 9 cases were included, 8 of them had a history of failure in previous bonegrafting and internal fixation. Ilizarov technique was used in all the 9 cases and anadditional free fibular grafting in 1 case. Results: Bony healing was obtained in allcases. The bony defect was filled up and the length discrepancy of the extremity wascorrected except in 1 case. Conclusions: Bone defect and associated length discrepancy ofthe extremity can be treated at the same time by Ilizarov technique, and this techniquecan be used in case of soft tissue fibrosis and poor blood supply of the extremity. Theoriginal pseudoarthrosis can be left untreated in place or removed surgically. A total of3 alternative procedures of compression can be chosen according to specifiic indications.
