【摘要】 目的 观察6种非Alzheimer神经变性疾病对βA₄ 在脑组织中的表达，探讨βA₄ 表达与神经元变性和缺失的关系。方法 用免疫组化的ABC法对6种非Alzheimer神经变性疾病进行βA₄ 免疫组化染色，观察其病理形态、阳性程度、脑内分布。在免疫组化染色的同时做刚果红染色。结果 这6种疾病中有4种在脑皮质第3、5层中βA₄ 有表达。而刚果红染色除进行性核上性麻痹轻度阳性外，其余均为阴性。结论 βA₄ 在脑组织中的表达并非Alzheimer病所特有，而是多种神经变性疾病的共同特征；βA₄ 免疫组化法的阳性结果不同于传统的刚果红染色法。βA₄ 与神经元变性和缺失可能有关联。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the βA₄ expression in six kinds of non-Alzheimer neurodegenerative diseases and to investigate theeffect of βA₄ expression on neuronal degeneration and loss. Method Withthe immunohistochemical ABC method and Congo red staining, we observed the βA₄ plaques' pathologic characteristics and the levels of βA₄ expression anddistribution in the brain tissue. Results We found βA₄ expression in the cortical layers 3 and 5 in 4 non-Alzheimer neurodegenerativediseases,while using Congo red staining, only PSP showed slightly positive results. Conclusion Thediposits of βA₄ in brains are common characteristics in quite a number ofneurodegerative diseases, so it was not just specific to Alzheimer's disease.The result ofimmunohistochemical staining was different from that of conventional Congo red Staining.It suggested that βA₄ might be related to neuronal degeneration and loss.
