【摘要】 目的 评价全自动血培养仪(Vital-200)临床应用情况。方法 采用回顾性分析,对Vital-200全自动血培养仪检测4287份标本,检出阳性的时间、细菌种类及阳性率进行了评估。结果 Vital-200最短检出时间2小时, 最长166小时,24小时以内阳性者为55.5%,48小时以内阳性者74.8%,72小时以内阳性者86.2%,细菌种类61种,阳性率10.82%;结论 Vital-200无论从出现阳性的时间、检出细菌种类包括营养条件高的苛养菌阳性率均明显高于本室往年BACTEC-660的结果,而且操作简便、结果快速、准确。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate an automated blood culturesystem. Methods A total of 4 287 blood samples were detected by theVital-200. Time to positivity, the types of microorganisms recovered, and the positiverate were analysed retrospectively.Results The shortest time topositivity was 2 h, and the longest 166 h. The cumulative positive rates were 55.5% within24 h, 74.8% within 48 h, and 86.2% within 72 h. There were 61 types of microoganismsrecovered. The positive rate was 10.82%.Conclusion The Vital-200 intime to positive, those of the type of microoganisms including fastidous bacteria, and thepositive rate were better than those of the BACTEC-660 used in our laboratory.
