【摘要】 目的 研究系统性红斑狼疮患者(SLE)淋巴细胞凋亡情况以及自身抗体产生的关系。方法 通过分离出淋巴细胞，在12孔板内培养0、24、48小时，用吖啶橙染色，于荧光显微镜下观察计数。结果 22例SLE患者的淋巴细胞凋亡率较16例正常对照组在培养24、48小时时有显著增高(P均〈0.01)。SLE患者伴有2种以上自身抗体阳性者，培养24、48小时具有更高的淋巴细胞凋亡率(P〈0.05和P<0.01)。结论 SLE患者淋巴细胞在体外凋亡加速，可能与体内自身抗体产生增多有关，其淋巴细胞凋亡异常在其发病机制中起一定作用。

    【Abstract 】 Objective To assess the rate of apoptosis of lymphocytes isolatedfrom patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and investigate the correlationbetween lymphocyte apoptosis(LA) and autoantibody production. Methods Lymphocytes were isolated by Ficoll-Hypaque gradient, cultured in 12-well plates for0,24,48 hours,and examined by acridine orange(AO) staining under fluorescencemicroscope. Results The rates of LA of 22 SLE patients were sigificantly increasedat t 24(P 〈0.01) and t 48(P 〈0.01) compared with those of 16 normal controls.The more severe the disease activity,the higher the rate of LA. In the patients with ≥ 2 autoantibodies higher levels of LA at t 24 (P 〈0.05) and t 48(P 〈0.01) wereobserved. Conclusion The results indicate that the in vitro acceleration of LA in SLE
