【摘要】 目的 了解遗传过敏性皮炎(AD)的预后及其影响因素。方法 对423例AD患者进行了1～19年的随访研究。结果与结论 AD患者中皮炎痊愈者有127例，占30.02%，296例仍有程度不同的皮炎，占69.98%，大部分患者的皮损都有好转。皮炎的预后与AD皮疹的类型、皮损的分布和累及的面积无关，与发病年龄也无关(P>0.05)。未愈组中干皮症的发生率显著高于痊愈组，未愈组中同时伴有哮喘和过敏性鼻炎的患者显著多于痊愈组(P〈0.05)，血嗜酸粒细胞计数及血清IgE水平与AD的预后无关(P>0.05)。
