【摘要】 目的 观察临床应用经深低温冷冻保存的同种异体肌腱移植，修复肌腱缺损的效果。 方法 1996年10月至1998年1月, 将经深低温冷冻保存的同种异体肌腱40根，修复手部屈肌腱缺损26例，术后均不用免疫抑制剂。 结果 术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，未见有急性排斥反应发生。 术后半年因肌腱粘连,均行肌腱松解术。 术中发现异体肌腱的质地、颜色、光泽、粘连程度、腱断端愈合程度与以往自体肌腱移植无明显差异。 结论 经深温冷冻保存的同种异体肌腱，是修复肌腱缺损的良好材料，抗原性低, 近期疗效满意。

     Clinical application of cryopreserved allogeneic tendon graft

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cryopreserved allogeneic tendon grafting for repair of tendon defect. Methods From October 1996 to Januray 1998, 26 cases of hand flexor tendon defect were repaired by grafting of 40 cryopreserved (-80℃ ) allogeneic tendons. No immunosuppressive drugs were used postoperatively. Results All incisions got primary healing after the operation. No acute rejection reaction of the grafts was seen. Tenolysis was performed in all the cases 6 months after the first operation because of tendon adhesion. According to the intraoperative findings, the allogeneic tendon grafts were not noticeably different from the conventional autogenous tendon grafts regarding the texture, colour,luster,and the adhesion and healing degree.Conclusions Cryopreserved allogeneic tendon graft, with minor antigenicity,is a good material for repair of tendon defect. The short term outcome is satisfactory.
