【摘要 】 目的 了解北京地区城乡孕妇硫胺素、核黄素的营养状况。 方法 通过膳食调查及血液生化指标检测进行比较研究。 结果 (1)农村孕妇硫胺素摄入量显著高于城市孕妇,红细胞转酮醇酶活性(TPP效应%)城乡之间差异无统计学意义;(2)城市孕妇核黄素摄入量高于农村孕妇,分别为推荐膳食供给量(RDA)的66.1%和30.6%;农村孕妇核黄素缺乏率显著高于城市孕妇; 结论 城乡孕妇核黄素营养状况的差异主要因乳类、蛋类食物摄入量差异所致,其中乳类食物摄入量的差异影响最大。
A Comparison Study ofThiamin and Riboflavin Status in Pregnant Women between Urban and Rural Area

【Abstract 】 Objective Tostudy the thiamin and riboflavin status in pregnant women from urban (n=35) and rural(n=31) areas in Beijing. Methods The dietary survey and the biochemical assay forthiamin and riboflavin were carried out longitudinally from the 2nd trimester to the 3rdone. Results Showed: (1)The intake of thiamin of the rural pregnant women wassignificantly higher than that of the urban pregnant women. And there was no significantdifference in erythrocyte transketolase activity (TPP effect %) between the urban andrural. (2) The intake of riboflavin of the urban pregnant women (66.1% of RDA) wassignificantly higher than that of the rural pregnant women (30.6% of RDA); The incidenceof riboflavin deficiency in the rural area was significantly higher than that in the urban raea; Condusions The riboflavin status of the rural pregnant women is poorer than thatof the urban pregnant women.
