【摘要】 目的 了解全电脑无纸记录多导睡眠图(NW)与经典的有纸记录多导睡眠图(PSG)比较,其诊断睡眠呼吸暂停的可靠性及优越性。方法 用NW与经典的PSG对同一睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者,在同一夜进行同步对照观察,共检测20例患者,对其中15例患者进行家庭监测。结果PSG的呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)为28.6±6.9,NW测得的AHI为28.7±7.0;PSG的最低血氧饱和度为73.5%±2.8%,NW为74.5%±3.2%。在AHI≥5和≥10两个诊断标准上的诊断一致率分别为93.7%和95.3%。结论 全电脑多导睡眠图具有省时、省力、可携带等优点,是对经典的有纸记录的PSG的一种补充,在绝大多数不需了解详细睡眠结构的患者,NW可以取代PSG。

【Abstract 】 Objective To study theadventage of computerized portable polysomnograph (healthdyne night watch, NW) compared tostandard paper scoring polysomnograph (PSG). Method NWwas used to monitor the same patient with sleep apnea syndrome at the same night andcompared with standard PSG. Result Apnea andhypopnea index (AHI) recorded by PSG was 28.6±6.9 versus 28.7±7.0 recorded by NW. Meanlowest SaO2 recorded by PSG was 73.5%±2.8% versus 74.5%±3.2% recorded by NW.Using a PSG value of AHI ≥5 and ≥10 as the diagnostic criteria, the diagnostic agreement of NW was93.7% and 95.3%, respectively. Conclusion Thecomputerized portable polysomnograph (NW) saves time and labour. It could be used inpatient ′s home or ward and could replace PSG in mostsituations.
