【摘要】 目的 探讨神经生长因子(NGF)对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的影响。 方法 选用7日龄Wistar大鼠,在制成HIE模型前后给予腹腔注射NGF各一次,在缺氧缺血后按不同时间分期处死,测定脑组织兴奋性氨基酸(EAAs)及一氧化氮(NO)的含量和凋亡细胞数,并与丹参组、生理盐水组的测定值比较。 结果 HIE组EAAs、NO含量及凋亡细胞数明显高于正常对照组的测定值;NGF干预组的测定值明显低于HIE组及生理盐水组的测定值,而与丹参组的测定值相比无明显差别。 结论 NGF具有和丹参类似的作用,能阻断EAAs、NO的异常代谢,降低细胞凋亡数,对HIE具有防治作用。
Influence of Nerve GrowthFactor on Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy of Newborn Rat

【 Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods NGF was injected intraperitoneally into 7-day newbornWistar rats before and after hypoxia and ischemia.Rats were killed after HIE according tothe different schedules.The contents of EAAs and NO in the left and right brains and thenumber of cell apoptosis were measured,which were compared to that of saliviamilitirrhixae group and normal saline(NS) group. Results The contents of EAAs,NO and the number of cell apoptosiswere much higher in HIE group than those in normal control group.The values were muchlower in NGF group than those in HIE group and NS group.There were no difference betweenNGF group and salivia militirrhixae group. Conclusion NGF was similiar to salivia militirrhixae on the affectionof blocking abnormal metabolism of EAAs、 NO and decreasing the number of cell apoptosis.NGF is of theprevention and treatment effect on hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
