摘 要： 21世纪臂丛损伤诊治的发展目标包括以下几方面：(1) 在臂丛损伤诊治中应用并开发三维直观技术。(2) 选择更有效更科学的治疗方法治疗臂丛损伤。(3) 对神经移位方法进行改良与创新。(4) 加速神经再生。(5) 能够早期检测神经再生的质量。(6) 揭示肌萎缩的本质，找到定量指标。(7) 将高新技术方法应用于臂丛损伤的诊治中。

Abstract： The areas that I thinkwill be the goals of diagnosis and treatment of brachial plexus injuries in the 21^st century include： (1)Developmentof interactive immersive 3 - D techniques in the diagnosis of brachial plexusinjuries.(2)Selection of more scientific and effective procedures for treatment ofbrachial plexus injuries.(3)Introduction and modification of nerve transfermethods.(4)Acceleration of nerve regeneration.(5)Early detection of the quality of nerveregeneration.(6)Exploration of the nature of denervation muscle atrophy and its countermeasures.(7)Application of high technology in this field.
