【摘要】 目的 探讨用双足第二趾移植,将其中一趾近节桥接于另一趾后再造手指,以增加指的长度、改善外形与增进功能。方法 从双足分别切取第二趾,将甲趾(外形较差)近节趾体与乙趾(外形较好)在无血条件下完成对接。对接后的乙趾趾体通过甲趾桥接移植到缺损的指体而完成手指的再造。结果 用该法为1例中、小指缺失的患者，移植双足第二趾再造了一个长中指。术后再造指的外形、长度及功能均获得满意疗效。 结论 单个中指或中、环指Ⅴ度缺损而其它手指正常者是该术式的最佳适应证。
One finger reconstructionby transplantation and connecting of two second toes

【 Abstract】 Objective To reconstruct a longfinger with improved appearance and function by means of transplantation and connecting oftwo second toes. Methods The second toes from both feet were harvested. Theproximal segment of the toe with poorer appearance(toe A) was taken and connected with thetoe with more favorable appearance (toe B). The circulation between the two toes was setup by microvascular anastomosis under “ no blood ” condition. The transplant, composed of two toes, was thentransferred to the recipient site of the hand to reconstruct a finger. Results A long middle finger wasreconstructed by this method in a patient who suffered defect of the middle fingers.Satisfactory appearance, length and function was obtained postoperatively. Conclusions The best indication ofthis procedure is defect of single middle finger or of the middle and ring fingers withthe remaining fingers intact.
